A single-ended commercial T-bar wheel brace with a 24mm hexagon socket and a Tommy-bar hole. Chrome vanadium steel, zinc finished.
Fit the 24mm socket to the nut and slide the Tommy bar through to form a T and apply leverage.
This brace needs a Tommy bar to use. Pair it with the Melco WBT/5/TB Tommy Bar (16451) — slide it through the hole to form the T and apply leverage.

Wipe down and keep dry; a light oil film prevents rust. Check sockets for rounding and shafts for bends before heavy use. Use the correct Tommy bar / extension for the required torque; do not over-extend leverage beyond the wheel-nut torque.
